Founded in 2001 under the management of Negar Eskandarfar, this non-governmental institute emerged following the popularity of the Karnameh literary journal (1998–2004). It officially operates with a license from Iran’s Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, focusing on cultural education and artistic production—including workshops and training in literature, cinema, theater, and visual arts. Thousands of young participants across Iran have benefited from its programs, with many alumni now working in media and the arts.
